Our Mission

Coming up with but one reason for this bands creation would be difficult. To fully understand one would need to read our biography on our about us page, but we will try to make it clear here. We are artists, and have established this band in order to create art and share it with those who appreciate it. We are two people immensely steeped in music and art from cultures around the world. As we have experimented with music from many cultures, we have  often been left with one burning question in the back of our minds: Why must we separate all of these? Playing this music allows us to express emotions and messages that would falter in any attempt to communicate them differently. Why can’t we take the individual aspects of all these types of music and form them into something grand and powerful? That is our goal. To make incredible, awe-inspiring music that encourages people to branch out and explore music from all cultures.

The Band

Graham Bubb

Starting music at a young age, I have worked to make and perform art. I now have worked in all kinds of music with all parts of music making, from production and sound engineering, to performance and writing.

Liam Darrah

I started music in 5th grade with the saxophone, but quickly moved on to the bassoon, where I discovered my true love for music. Since then I have branched out to explore other types of music, having specific interest in traditional Irish music.

"The most passionate people I have ever met, both in music and care for those around them."

Common questions from our adoring fans

We understand that the answer to this question is what best defines the identity of our band. We have spent immense amounts of time discussing the minutia and deepest parts of each of our personalities, and we have defined with absolute certainty which one of us represents the Poisonous Snake, and who represents the Venomous Frog. However, we feel that it is best for our fans at this point in time if they were instead left to wonder on this true nature of who we are. Therefore, for now, it is up for you to decide who is who. Feel free to discuss your thoughts and opinions with us, we love to hear the decisions our fans come to relating this question.

As musicians, we feel that it is extremely important that our work not be rushed. Art is something that needs to come naturally, and something that needs time and patience to develop and grow. We understand the frustration, and we want to do what’s for our fans. But we are artists, and we are not going to try to rush our artistic vision. We are taking our time to understand who we are, what we want, and our vision in both our artistic lives and personal lives. Once we have a more confident vision of the future of our band, we will be sure to announce a more clear expected timeline of releases.

As of right now, the only thing we have is pencils of assorted colors that we are handing out for free. If you would like one, feel free to find Graham or Liam and they will be happy to give you one! In the future we hope to get some other types of merch available for people. If there is something specific you would like to see, feel free to talk to us or send us a message and let us know.

We are happy to play all sorts of gigs for any who would like.
